These images are not to be taken literally, however, I like their simplicity and meaning. By cutting through the insulation of a cable these images highlight the complex wiring/fibre optic systems and electrical flow that occurs within.
I like the idea that the insulation acts as a protecting body of the delicate wires inside. I can picture some sort structure (not as dense as the insulation mind), protecting my complex system of pipe works from the hazardous elements that frequently occur on the shores of Canvery Island.
